10% tax & service charges. As of December 19, 2010 surcharges will be changed to 12% taxes & service charge.

EXTRA PERSONS:

Studio, Royal, and Junior Suite Rates are based on Single/Double Occupancy. Extra person charges apply to additional adults in a Studio and Junior Suite. 1-Bedroom Suite rates are based on Single to Quad Occupancy. Extra person charges apply to the 5th and 6th person. 2-Bedroom Suite rates are based on up to six persons in the unit. Extra person charges apply to the 7th and 8th person.

CHILDREN:

Children under 17 Years of age STAY and PLAY FREE when sharing room with parents. Maximum of two (2) children per room (No children in the Royal Room)

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS:

There will be no penalty if reservations are cancelled ate least 14 days prior to arrival during the Winter Season and at least 7 days prior to arrival during the Summer/Fall seasons. Cancellations received after that time, will be charged Three (3) Night penalty during the Winter and Two (2) nights penalty during the Summer/Fall Seasons. No Refunds for No-Shows nor early departures (Full Penalty)

SECURITY DEPOSIT UPON CHECK-IN:

Guests are requested to leave a $ 100 per room cash deposit or credit card guarantee upon check-in. The $ 100 charge will be adjusted upon check out only if guests return their keys to the Front Desk and if there is no damage done to the room. Guests should be informed of this procedure by Travel Agent and Tour Operators prior to arrival.

HOTEL POLICY:

Each hotel guest is required to wear the wristband given upon arrival. Without this wristband, guest is not allowed to make use of hotel’s facilities and/or make any room charges. This policy is for security purposes.
