XP charges apply to the 5th Pers. 2-Bdrm Ste Rates are based on up to six persons in the unit. Extra Persons charges apply to the 7th and 8th person.

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS:

There will be no penalty if reservations are cancelled ate least 14 days prior to arrival during the Winter Season and at least 7 days prior to arrival during the Summer/Fall seasons. Cancellations received after that time, will be charged Three (3) Night penalty during the Winter and Two (2) nights penalty during the Summer/Fall Seasons. No Refunds for No-Shows nor early departures (Full Penalty)

SECURITY DEPOSIT UPON CHECK-IN:

Guests are requested to leave a $ 200 per room cash deposit or credit card guarantee upon check-in. This is in addition to the $50 deposit for room keys. The $ 250 charge will be adjusted upon check out only if guests return their keys to the Front Desk and if there is no damage done to the room. Guests should be informed of this procedure by Travel Agent and Tour Operators prior to arrival.
